 Jesus didn’t say “I am finished.”  He said, “It is finished”.
 The birth of Christ brought God to man;
The cross of Christ brought man to God.

Christ has not only spoken to us by his life,
but has also spoken for us by his death.
Our  old  history  ends  with  the  cross;
our new history begins with our resurrection.
We live and die; Christ died and lived.
He knows the way because He is the way.


 The gates of heaven are unlocked, and
the windows of heaven are opened.
Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.

Easter is a time when God turned
the inevitability of death into the invincibility of life. 
A dead Christ, I must do everything for;
A living Christ does everything for me.
 Faith makes all things possible,
love makes all things easy.


Easter is meant to be a symbol of hope, renewal, and new life.
The very first Easter taught us life never ends and love never dies.
Let the resurrection joy lift us from loneliness, weakness and despair
to  strength  and  beauty  and  happiness.
